Hardwood Sawtimber means hardwood timber measuring not less than 11.0 inches DBH and suitable for sawtimber and veneer.
Hardwood Sawtimber at any time, all hardwood trees, growing or standing, on the Timberlands at such time, measuring not less than 12 inches DBH.
