Harmful Intoxicant definition

Harmful Intoxicant means a substance defined at 2925.01 (J) ORC or as otherwise defined under applicable law.
Harmful Intoxicant means a substance defined at Chapter 2925 ORC or as otherwise defined under applicable Federal and State Law.

Related to Harmful Intoxicant

  • Alcohol means the intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol, or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Dangerous weapon means any weapon, device, instrument, material or substance which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used or threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.
