Head Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company;
Main office means the place of business specified in the articles of association, certificate of authority or similar document, where the business of the institution is carried on and which is not a branch;
Administrative Office means Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston, 9 Riverside Road, Weston, MA 02493.
sales office means an office, or sales trailer, used exclusively for the initial sale and/or initial leasing of dwelling units or the non-residential uses to be erected on the site;
Board office means the office of the administrative staff of each professional licensing board.
Head means the person appointed by the Governors of the School to be responsible for (or to share in the responsibility for) the day-to-day running of the School, including anyone to whom such duties have been delegated;
Branch manager means the natural person who is in charge of and who is responsible for the business operations of a branch office of a licensee.
working office means the office of the sponsoring firm where an individual does most of his or her business.
Website of the European Central Bank means the website of the European Central Bank currently at http://www.ecb.europa.eu or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank.
Branch of a company shall mean a place of business not having legal personality which has the appearance of permanency, such as the extension of a parent body, has a management and is materially equipped to negotiate business with third parties so that the latter, although knowing that there will if necessary be a legal link with the parent body, the head office of which is abroad, do not have to deal directly with such parent body but may transact business at the place of business constituting the extension.
Facility Office means the office or offices notified by a Lender to the Agent in writing on or before the date it becomes a Lender (or, following that date, by not less than five Business Days’ written notice) as the office or offices through which it will perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Michigan film office means the office created under chapter 2A of the Michigan strategic fund act, 1984 PA 270, MCL 125.2029 to 125.2029g.
Banking office means a principal office or authorized branch of a bank, out-of-state bank, national bank, association, or savings bank.

Information Officer means the Person acting on behalf of the Company and discharging the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Head of the Private Body by the Act. The Information Officer is duly authorised to act as such and such authorisation has been confirmed in writing by the Head of the Private Body.
Judicial Branch Personnel means members, justices, judges, judicial officers, subordinate judicial officers, employees, and agents of a Judicial Branch Entity.
Presiding officer means the labor commissioner or designee.
Section 16 Officer means every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent (10%) of any class of any equity security (other than an exempted security) which is registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Section 16 officers include officers or directors of the issuer of such security, and those who perform a policy-making function for the issuer. See Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Nuveen Fund Board approves the list of Section 16 Officers for the Nuveen Funds on an annual basis. This list is maintained in the Legal Department in Chicago and includes portfolio managers, traders, and other access persons responsible for making policy related decisions.
political office means the office of member of Parliament, member of the European Parliament or member of a local authority or any position within a political party.
Registration Office means in respect of any class of share capital, such place or places in the Relevant Territory or elsewhere where the Directors from time to time determine to keep a branch register of shareholders of the Company in respect of that class of share capital and where (except in cases where the Directors otherwise agree) transfers of other documents of title for such class of share capital are to be lodged for registration and are to be registered;
Liaison Officer means a local representative of the temporary workforce, duly appointed through the PSC processes, to act on behalf of the workers and through whom all matters pertaining to the temporary workforce can be channelled.
Executive Office means such office of the Company as the Directors may from time to time determine to be the principal office of the Company.
Disciplinary Officer or “Conduct Administrator” means a University, College or CSCU official who is authorized to determine the appropriate resolution of an alleged violation of the Code, and/or to impose sanctions or affect other remedies as appropriate. Subject to the provisions of this Code, a disciplinary officer or conduct administrator is vested with the authority to, among other duties: investigate a complaint of an alleged violation of the Code decline to pursue a complaint, refer identified disputants to mediation or other appropriate avenues of resolution, establish charges against a student, enter into an administrative agreement developed with an Accused Student in accordance with Section II-B-3 of this Code, advise a Hearing Body, and present the case before the Hearing Body.
Hearings Officer means a person from time to time appointed by Council pursuant to the Hearings Officer By-law;
Legislative office means the office of state senator, state representative, speaker
National Office means the government authority of a Contracting State entrusted with the granting of patents; references to a “national Office” shall be construed as referring also to any intergovernmental authority which several States have entrusted with the task of granting regional patents, provided that at least one of those States is a Contracting State, and provided that the said States have authorized that authority to assume the obligations and exercise the powers which this Treaty and the Regulations provide for in respect of national Offices;
