Judicial Branch Personnel definition

Judicial Branch Personnel means members, justices, judges, judicial officers, subordinate judicial officers, employees, and agents of a Judicial Branch Entity.

  • If such licenses and rights cannot be validly assigned to or passed through to Judicial Branch Entities by Contractor without a Third Party’s consent, then Contractor will use its best efforts to obtain such consent (at Contractor’s expense) and will indemnify and hold harmless the JBE, Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel against all Claims arising from Contractor’s failure to obtain such consent.
