Health and Social Care Services definition

Health and Social Care Services means any of the services as defined by Regulation 12(1) and 13(1) of the 2014 Act, Regulations 74 to 76 and schedule 3 of the 2015 Regulations along with the associated schedule of the 2016 Regulations;
Health and Social Care Services means any of the services listed in the Schedule to the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 relating to social work services, children’s services and mental health care and treatment services; and
Health and Social Care Services means, for the purposes of this Code, actions which have preventive, diagnostic, health-preserving, rehabilitating or care purposes and which are carried out by health personnel.

  • Health and Human Services or “HHS” includes HHSC and DSHS.

  • Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;

  • Health care service means that service offered or provided by health care facilities and health care providers relating to the prevention, cure, or treatment of illness, injury, or disease.

  • Health care system means any public or private entity whose function or purpose is the management of, processing of, enrollment of individuals for or payment for, in full or in part, health care services or health care data or health care information for its participants;
