Health Care Authorities definition

Health Care Authorities means any Governmental Authority or quasi- Governmental Authority or any agency, intermediary, board, authority or entity with jurisdiction over the ownership, operation, use or occupancy of the Healthcare Facility as a skilled nursing or assisted living facility or nursing home.
Health Care Authorities means any federal, state or local governmental or quasi-governmental authority or any agency, intermediary, board, authority or entity concerned with the ownership, operation, use or occupancy of any Individual Property as a skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility.
