Unless otherwise defined herein, the following terms are used herein as defined in the UCC: Account, Account Debtor, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claim, Deposit Account, Document, Electronic Chattel Paper, Equipment, Farm Product, Fixture, General Intangible, Goods, Health-Care-Insurance Receivable, Instruments, Inventory, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Proceeds, Supporting Obligations and Tangible Chattel Paper.

For the avoidance of doubt, when used in reference to a Borrower the term shall include each Health-Care-Insurance Receivable of such Borrower.
All other terms contained in this Agreement (which are not specifically defined in this Agreement) shall have the meanings set forth in the UCC to the extent the same are used or defined therein, specifically including, but not limited to the following: Chattel Paper, Deposit Account, Health-Care-Insurance Receivable, Goods, Investment Property, Instrument, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Money, Obligor, Proceeds, Securities Account, Supporting Obligation and Tangible Chattel Paper.
