Health Department license definition

Health Department license means a license as issued by the City on behalf of the Health Department under the authority of the DATCP and DHS state agent contractual agreements with the Board of Health, the Wisconsin Administrative Code, and adopted Wisconsin state statutes. A Health Department license is a separate license and is not a city license.
