Health Canada definition

Health Canada means the section of the Canadian Government known as Health Canada and includes, among other departments, the Therapeutic Products Directorate and the Health Products and Food Branch Inspectorate;
Health Canada means the Canadian federal Department of Health and any successor thereof.
Health Canada means the federal department of the government of Canada having the authority to regulate the sale of medicinal or pharmaceutical products, or any successor agency thereof.
