Hearings Examiner definition

Hearings Examiner means a person appointed by the General Manager to conduct a hearing or other proceeding.
Hearings Examiner means a person, duly appointed by the commission pursuant to section 368-3, HRS, and authorized to hold a hearing for the purpose of taking evidence or oral argument and making a decision in any case or controversy within the jurisdiction of the commission.

Hearings Examiner means a person whom the Board has delegated in writing the responsibility to preside over a hearing or matters related to the hearing, and who has the authority vested in a presiding officer under Chapter 36 of the Texas Water Code and these rules.
