Heights definition

Heights means the unsecured convertible bonds to be issued by the Issuer in accordance with a subscription agreement and the terms and conditions dated 20 August 2023 for a maximum aggregate principal amount of EUR 75,000,000; OCABSA means the bonds with warrants attached (obligations à bons de souscription d’actions) issued by the Issuer under the OCABSA Issue Agreement;
Heights means Heights Finance Corporation, an Illinois corporation.
