High Priority Error definition

High Priority Error means an Error which disrupts essential business functions of the System. Examples include: (i) useful production is difficult because Covered Products are failing to perform correctly and/or reliably, or (ii) regular failures are occurring, but the System is not completely unusable.
High Priority Error means an error resulting in a catastrophic failure, system down, data corruption or loss of data, or a major loss of functionality without a known work around. Errors that are not High Priority Errors will be addressed in conformance with assessment, prioritization and scheduling criteria to be mutually agreed upon by Healtheon and NMS. NMS further acknowledges and agrees that certain information which is provided to NMS Accounts and End Users as part of the Healtheon Service is provided by third parties, such as health plans, other Benefits Carriers and the NMS Accounts themselves (the "Third Party Material"), and that Healtheon has not reviewed any such material for its accuracy or appropriateness and Healtheon makes no representations or warranties of any nature whatsoever regarding any Third Party Material and Healtheon assumes no liability of any kind with respect to any Third Party Material.
High Priority Error means an Error which significantly degrades the performance of the Software or materially restricts your use of the Software. Within four business hours of receipt of the Error report from you, MKS shall begin attempts to identify the nature of the Error, and within a reasonable time shall notify your designated contact that it has received notice of the Error and provide your designated contact with periodic reports on the status of the corrections. MKS's goal shall be to resolve all High Priority Errors, or provide a workaround, within one week after first report by you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if MKS provides a workaround that enables you to temporarily by- pass the Error, the Error shall be treated as a Medium Priority Error.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ and Licensee mutually determine that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ may more effectively resolve a High Priority Error with an on-site visit to Licensee's relevant location, then Licensee shall be responsible for Primus KK's reasonable travel and living expenses incurred in conducting such visit.

  • If Primus and Distributor mutually determine that Primus -------------- may more effectively resolve a High Priority Error with an on-site visit to Distributor's or the End User's relevant location, then Distributor shall be responsible for Primus' reasonable travel and living expenses incurred in conducting such visit.

  • A "High Priority Error" shall mean an error resulting in a catastrophic failure, system down, data corruption or loss of data, or a major loss of functionality without a known work around.

  • If Primus and Distributor mutually determine that Primus may more effectively resolve a High Priority Error with an on-site visit to Distributor's or the End User's relevant location, then Distributor shall be responsible for Primus' reasonable travel and living expenses incurred in conducting such visit.

  • If the High Priority Error is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within two (2) hours after contacting the Second Level Escalation Contact, then the Third Level Escalation Contact may be contacted.

  • Versaterm will provide 7x24 Telephone Support that extends Support for problems identified as High Priority Error and Critical Priority Error to include all hours not already provided for within Regular Telephone Support.

  • Versaterm will normally respond to a telephone request for High Priority Error or Critical Priority Error Support within thirty (30) minutes of receipt of the call.

  • If a High Priority Error is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within one (1) hour after contacting the First Level Escalation Contact, the Second Level Escalation Contact may be contacted.
