Priority List definition

Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.
Priority List means the list created by the Department each biennium pursuant to ORS 286A.801 and the formula outlined in OAR 581-027-0010.
Priority List means the list established by the Department using the Delaware Hazard Ranking Model to rate the relative risk of the facilities based on the risk they pose to the public health or welfare or the environment.
