Higher Education or Training definition

Higher Education or Training means a program of study at an institution that is eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act, as amended from time to time, a gap year program, or a proprietary or vocational education or training program (e.g., a coding bootcamp program) that provides a more advanced degree or certification than you are receiving through this Agreement.

Higher Education or Training means: (a) a program of study at a school or educational institution that is eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act, as amended from time to time; (b) a proprietary or vocational school; or (c) a placement program that provides you the opportunity to earn Qualified Monthly Income. For the purposes of this Agreement, Higher Education or Training refers to Lambda School WEB Program.

Examples of Higher Education or Training in a sentence

  • At least half-time enrollment (as defined by your institution) in Higher Education or Training that provides a more advanced degree or certification than you are receiving from the University and making satisfactory academic or training progress in the program.

  • If at the end of the maximum deferment period of sixty (60) months, you are still earning less than $1,666.67 monthly (equivalent to an annual Earned Income of $20,000) and are enrolled at least half-time in Higher Education or Training, employed only part-time or are not in the labor force (not working and not actively seeing employment), your payment term will continue to extend unless you provide proof of your efforts to seek adequate employment.

  • If the Participant is enrolled at least half- time (as defined by the Participant’s institution) in Higher Education or Training and is making satisfactory academic or training progress in the program.

  • Higher Education or Training that provides a more advanced degree or certification than you are receiving from the University and making satisfactory academic or training progress in the program.
