Higher Education or Training definition

Higher Education or Training means a program of study at an institution that is eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act, as amended from time to time, a gap year program, or a proprietary or vocational education or training program (e.g., a coding bootcamp program) that provides a more advanced degree or certification than you are receiving through this Agreement.
