Highly Accomplished Teacher definition

Highly Accomplished Teacher means a Teacher who is accredited at Highly Accomplished Teacher level under the Teacher Accreditation Act (NSW) 2004.
Highly Accomplished Teacher means a person or officer employed temporarily by the Department pursuant to the provisions of the Teaching Services Act, 1980 under the period of the National Partnerships on Improving Teacher Quality and Low Socio Economic Status School Communities.
Highly Accomplished Teacher means a Teacher who has been classified as such by BOSTES.

  • If the Teacher is assessed by ISTAA as no longer meeting the ISTAA Professional Excellence standards or the Teacher's accreditation at Highly Accomplished Teacher level by the NESA or TQI is revoked, the Teacher will cease to be entitled to be paid the Professional Excellence Allowance from the first full pay period on or after the assessment or revocation.

  • The mentor will be given one additional period of non-contact time to support the mentee, if the mentor is not allocated this time as part of PAR, Highly Accomplished Teacher (HAT) or Lead teacher responsibilities.

Highly Accomplished Teacher means a teacher who has met the requirements of the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership to be certified as a highly accomplished teacher. Immediate family or household member includes a spouse or former spouse, de facto partner or former de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee or of the employee’s spouse or partner or a person demonstrated to the satisfaction of the employer to be a person of significant relationship to the employee. A household member is any person who lives with the employee.
