Hightimes Common Stock definition

Hightimes Common Stock means the shares of Class A Common Stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of Hightimes.
Hightimes Common Stock has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Hightimes Common Stock means the shares of Class A voting common stock, $0.001 par value per share, of Hightimes. “Hightimes Disclosure Letter” shall have the meaning set forth in Article VI of this Agreement.
