Hilton Data definition

Hilton Data means the Loyalty Program Data and all guest, customer or member profiles, contact information (including addresses, phone numbers and email addresses), histories, preferences and other related information obtained or derived from guests, customers or members in connection with any Lodging Business of Licensor or its Subsidiaries.

  • Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, Licensee shall not use the Hilton Data (including in aggregate form) for any purpose.

  • Unless otherwise specified, to the extent that any data may fall within the definitions of both Hilton Data and Licensee Data, the use by a Party of such data shall be in accordance with the rights and restrictions applicable to data owned by such Party, without regard to the restrictions applicable to the same data to the extent owned by the other Party.

  • Depending on the severity of such threat or danger, Licensor may suspend or remove such Licensed Vacation Ownership Property from the Licensed IP, Hilton Data and Loyalty Program until resolution of the threat or danger.

  • Notwithstanding the above rights, Licensor is not required to provide any Hilton Data to Licensee to the extent such provision would result in Licensor’s violation of any applicable Laws, Privacy Policies or Data Security Policies.

  • Licensee will not directly or indirectly attack, contest or otherwise challenge the validity, enforceability or ownership of any Licensed IP or Hilton Data.

  • Other than as permitted under this Agreement, Licensee will not have, claim or assert any right against or to such Hilton Data.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the rights to use the Hilton Data as set forth in Section 14.2(b).

  • However, Licensor shall be permitted to use the Hilton Data to sell any existing unsold Acquired Vacation Property Inventory or existing Acquired Vacation Property Inventory that may become available through foreclosure or otherwise comes available to Licensor.

  • Licensor reserves all rights not expressly licensed to Licensee hereunder, including without limitation, the right to Operate any business or properties and/or use the Licensed IP and Hilton Data in any manner that does not violate Licensee’s exclusive rights herein.

  • Licensee may not share or disclose Hilton Data to any third party vendor, or agent of Licensee without Licensor’s prior written consent.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).
