HIPAA Claim definition

HIPAA Claim means a Claim alleging, arising out of, based upon or attributable to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and any amendments thereto (“HIPAA”).
HIPAA Claim means a demand for compensation or an imposition of a statutory penalty by a government agency resulting from the unauthorized acquisition, access, use, or disclosure of health information protected by "HIPAA".
HIPAA Claim means a Claim alleging, arising out of, based upon or attributable to a violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and any amendments thereto (“HIPAA”).

HIPAA Claim means a Claim arising out of, based upon or attributable to an actual or alleged violation of HIPAA or HIPAA Privacy Regulations.
