Hire Fees definition
Hire Fees means the fees payable in accordance with the Schedule;
Hire Fees means, the amount in Appendix 1, payable by the Hirer (into the Hall’s bank account) on the first day of each calendar month, one month prior to the Hire period.
Hire Fees means: (a) the Daily Hire Charge for each day of the Term, (b) the Bond Processing Fee, (c) any applicable Outback Fee, 4WD Fee, One Way Fee, Liability Reduction Fee and Toll Road Levy, (d) the Booking and Administration Fee, and (e) any other fees specified in the Details Page, the Area of Use Diagram or the Vehicle Condition Report where applicable; “Hirer” means a person who has personally signed the Details Page and, unless we otherwise agree, has: (a) personally attended at the Pickup Location, and (b) supplied a copy of his or her driver’s licence to our authorised representative; “Incident” means any event whatsoever involving actual or potential loss, damage, expense or liability to us or any Third Party (or personal injury to any person) in any way relating to the Vehicle or your use thereof during the Term, including but not limited to a collision, an SVA, theft of or from the Vehicle, and any natural event of whatever kind including but not limited to storms, cyclones, and floods; “Incident Report”, in relation to an Incident, means a complete, accurate and legible report (written in the English language) in respect of
Examples of Hire Fees in a sentence
Any variation in the Hire Fees will only become applicable from the commencement of the next Hire Period.
If you do not accept the change in Hire Fees, you must return the Equipment to us upon expiry of your then current Hire Period.
If the Hirer is required by law to make any deduction or withholding f rom any Hire Fees and/or any other sums due to Rapid under this Agreement, Rapid may vary and the Hirer shall increase the relevant Hire Fees and/or such other sums due to Rapid by an amount which, after making the required deduction or withholding, leaves Rapid in the same position Rapid would have been in had the deduction or withholding not been required by law.

More Definitions of Hire Fees
Hire Fees means the fees payable for the hire of the Hired Area by the Hirer and includes the Storage Fee (if applicable), as set out in the Details Schedule. Hired Area means the Venue or the area(s) at the Venue hired to the Hirer as set out in the Details Schedule, and includes the Storage Area (if applicable).
Hire Fees means the hire Charges described in the Hire Agreement, or if there is no Hire Agreement, as agreed in writing by the Customer, but are subject to variation as set out in clause 4.6. If there is no Hire Agreement or other agreement in writing as to the Hire Fees, then the Hire Fee is calculated in accordance with Porter Group’s Standard Charges. All Hire Fees are expressed as hourly rates. The amount of the monthly Hire Fee for each Hired Good is calculated as the greater of:
