Any variation in the Hire Fees will only become applicable from the commencement of the next Hire Period.
If you do not accept the change in Hire Fees, you must return the Equipment to us upon expiry of your then current Hire Period.
If the Hirer is required by law to make any deduction or withholding f rom any Hire Fees and/or any other sums due to Rapid under this Agreement, Rapid may vary and the Hirer shall increase the relevant Hire Fees and/or such other sums due to Rapid by an amount which, after making the required deduction or withholding, leaves Rapid in the same position Rapid would have been in had the deduction or withholding not been required by law.
