Hire Fee definition

Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.
Hire Fee means the amount specified in Item 5.
Hire Fee means the fee exclusive of GST that the hirer has by the Hire Agreement agreed to pay to Maroondah City Council for the hire of Marveloo for the period of hire. Any fees or charges related to damage of the unit or additional cleaning requirements will be separately invoiced to the hirer and will be additional to the Hire Fee.

  • The Hirer must pay the Hire Fee to the School Council within 14 days of receipt of the School Council’s invoice.

More Definitions of Hire Fee

Hire Fee means the fee exclusive of GST which the Hirer has by this Contract agreed to pay to The Owner for the hire of the Equipment for the Period of Hire. Additional Equipment will be separately invoiced to the Hirer and will be in addition to the Hire Fee and will be added to the Invoice of the Hire Fee to the Hirer. The Hire Fee is set out in the Offer to Hire Form.
Hire Fee means the amount notified to the HIRER by the COMPANY in compensation for the use of the hired EQUIPMENT.
