All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or a reasonable fee may be charged at the discretion of the Parish Clerk for each day or part of a day at the Hire Fee per hiring until the same is removed.
At MVH’s discretion, the Hire Fee will be due for any single hire period cancelled less than one week before it is scheduled to take place.

More Definitions of Hire Fee

Hire Fee means the fee exclusive of GST which the Hirer has by this Contract agreed to pay to The Owner for the hire of the Equipment for the Period of Hire. Additional Equipment will be separately invoiced to the Hirer and will be in addition to the Hire Fee and will be added to the Invoice of the Hire Fee to the Hirer. The Hire Fee is set out in the Offer to Hire Form.
