All Hiring Fees shall be invoiced immediately and payable upon receipt.
If this is not practical (e.g. booking made well in advance), the minimum amount acceptable to secure the booking is 50% of the Hiring Fees.
Failing receipt of any Hiring Fees, any provisional bookings shall be cancelled.
THE TRUSTEE reserves the right to cancel this hiring in the event of the premises being required for church use of a funeral or wedding, in which case the Hirer shall be entitled to a refund of any Deposit or Hiring Fees already paid.
In the event of the Charity cancelling the booking, prior to the commencement of the Hiring, all Hiring Fees (including the Security Deposit) paid by the Hirer shall be refunded.
