For the purpose of this Agreement, the foreign exchange rate for RMB against US Dollar or HK Dollar shall be the central parity of foreign exchange rate for RMB against US Dollar or HK Dollar published by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC (the “SAFE”) at its official website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ at the respective date of payment.
