H&M Cover definition

H&M Cover means insurance covering loss and damage to the hull and machinery of a vessel from marine perils including sinking, burning, stranding and collision. Harbour Master means the harbour master or assistant harbour master engaged for Port of Melbourne Waters pursuant to section 220 of the Marine Safety Act 2010 (Vic).
