Holder of Debentures definition

Holder of Debentures or other similar terms, means any Person in whose name at the time a particular Debenture is registered on the register kept by the Company or the Trustee for that purpose in accordance with the terms hereof.
Holder of Debentures or other similar terms means the registered holder of any Debenture.
Holder of Debentures means the Registered Holder of a Debenture.

  • With respect to each Holder of Debentures, the Maximum Share Amount shall refer to such Holder's pro rata share thereof determined in accordance with Section 4.8 below.

  • Holder of Debt Securities or other similar terms means, a Person in whose name a Debt Security is registered in the Debt Security Register (as defined in Section 2.07(a)).

  • Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.

  • Holder of Notes means a Person in whose name a Note is registered in the Security Register.

  • Initial Debentures means the Debentures designated as “9.5% Unsecured Convertible Debentures” and described in Section 2.5;

  • 2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.

  • Global Debenture shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Conversion Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(b).

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • Predecessor Debenture means every previous Debenture evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Debenture; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Debenture authenticated and delivered under Section 2.9 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture.

  • holder of a Warrant Certificate as used herein shall mean any person in whose name at the time any Warrant Certificate shall be registered upon the books to be maintained by the Warrant Agent for that purpose.
