Where the Holder of this FSP is required under FRPA to establish a free-growing stand with respect to timber harvesting governed by this FSP, the Holder will do so in accordance with the stocking standards in Appendix A.
Before the Holder of this FSP carries out or authorizes a Primary Forest Activity, the Holder will: a) On an annual basis or as required, inform the range tenure holder of the planned activities within or adjacent to their range tenure, and b) Where the range tenure holder indicates that conflict between timber and range management may arise, develop and implement strategies, in collaboration with the range tenure holder, to minimize such conflict through integrated management practices.
The Holder of this FSP maintains a spatial database of wildlife tree retention for all cut blocks harvested under their Licence and has an obligation under FRPA to submit openings, disturbances, silviculture activities, harvesting dates and spatial data through RESULTS (Reporting Silviculture Updates and Land Status Tracking System).
