Member of the Executive Council definition

Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for local government in the Province;
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council of a province who is responsible for education in that province;
Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council responsible for education in the Province of KwaZulu-Natal;

  • Where any application in terms of this By-law, which in the opinion of the Municipal Manager affects national or provincial interest as defined in section 52 of the Act, is submitted, such application must be referred to the Minister or the Member of the Executive Council respectively and the provisions of subsections 52(5) to 52(7) of the Act, apply with the necessary changes.

Member of the Executive Council means the Member of the Executive Council of the province responsible for Economic Affairs;
