Holding Company Board definition

Holding Company Board means the Board of Directors of Holding Company.
Holding Company Board means the Independent Bank Corp. Board of Directors or one of its duly appointed committees. “Make-Whole Bonus” has the meaning set forth in Section 3(d) of this Agreement.
