Holding Trust Certificates means the trust certificates evidencing the beneficial interest of the Holding Trust Certificateholders in the Holding Trust.
WREGIS Certificates has the same meaning as “Certificate” as defined by WREGIS in the WREGIS Operating Rules and are designated as eligible for complying with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard.
