Such purported Transferee shall promptly endorse and deliver such Residual Interest Certificate in accordance with the instructions of the Trustee.
None of the Depositor, the Trustee or the Certificate Registrar shall be under any liability to any Person for any registration of Transfer of a Residual Interest Certificate that is in fact not permitted by this Section 5.02(d) or for making any payments due on such Certificate to the Holder thereof or for taking any other action with respect to such Holder under the provisions of this Agreement.
