Holdings Consolidated Group definition

Holdings Consolidated Group means Holdings and its eligible Subsidiaries (as determined under Section 1504(a) of the Code or any successor provision) that file a Federal Income Tax Return on a consolidated basis.
Holdings Consolidated Group means any consolidated, combined or unitary group of which Holdings is the common parent corporation.
Holdings Consolidated Group means Holdings and all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Holdings (present or future), if any, that are eligible to be included in consolidated federal income tax returns with Holdings.

  • Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.
