Holdings Partnership Agreement definition

Holdings Partnership Agreement means the First Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Holdings, dated as of August 29, 2005, as amended by Amendment No. 1 dated May 7, 2007, Amendment dated December 27, 2007, and Amendment No. 3 dated November 6, 2008, as will be further amended by the Fourth Amendment in accordance with Section 6.18 of this Agreement immediately prior to the Effective Time, and as may be further amended from time to time.
