HOME APPLIANCE STORE means a retail store devoted to the sale of household equipment such as major and small appliances, where a small proportion of the gross floor area may be devoted to the sale of home/office electronics, computers or audio/visual equipment.

  • Appliance means any Residentia Group product purchased by you accompanied by this document;

  • Gas appliance means any device that uses natural gas to produce light, heat, power, steam, hot water, refrigeration, or air conditioning.

  • Major appliance means a residential or commercial air conditioner, clothes dryer, clothes washer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, furnace, boiler, dehumidifier, water heater or stove.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Cemetery merchandise means merchandise described in section 4(1)(k)(i).
