Appliance definition

Appliance means any Residentia Group product purchased by you accompanied by this document;
Appliance means any Electrolux product purchased by you and accompanied by this document;
Appliance means any instrument, mechanism, equipment, part, apparatus, appurtenance, or accessory, including communications equipment, that is used or intended to be used in operating or controlling an aircraft in flight, is installed in or attached to the aircraft, and is not part of an airframe, aircraft engine, or propeller.

  • If Darktrace is prevented from carrying out delivery or installation of any Appliance because no such preparation has been carried out, Darktrace may levy additional charges to recover its loss arising from such event.
