Home LEA definition

Home LEA means the Local Education Agency in which the incarcerated student was enrolled at the time of the student’s placement into the Center.
Home LEA means the LEA or the charter school in which the student is enrolled full-time;
Home LEA means the LEA in which the applicant is resident.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
