Homebound Member definition

Homebound Member. A Member who is confined to their place of residence due to an illness or injury which makes leaving the home medically contraindicated or if the act of transport would be a serious risk to their life or health. Examples where a Member would not be considered homebound are:

  • Associate Member means a person appointed to perform specific statutory and non-statutory duties which have been delegated by the Trust Board for them to perform and these duties have been recorded in an appropriate Trust Board minute or other suitable record.

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.
