Examples of Honor Council in a sentence
The Undergraduate Honor Council has jurisdiction over all undergraduates, while the Graduate School and each of the professional schools have their own Honor Councils to administer the Honor System for their respective students.
If the student has previously violated the Academic Honor Code, the alleged violation will be referred to the Academic Honor Council.
If the vice chair also is not present, the members of the Academic Honor Council may elect a temporary chair or postpone the hearing.
Only members of the Academic Honor Council, the accused, the grievant, witnesses (while giving testimony), and the dean of students, or his or her designee, may attend a hearing.
The chair of the Academic Honor Council shall report the Council’s decision to the dean of students.
