These lists are, notably, the "Consolidated Travel Ban and Assets Freeze List" published by the United Nations Sanctions Committee, the "Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list" maintained by the OFAC, and the consolidated list of people, groups and entities subject to EU financial sanctions (the “Rules”).
For all disputes relating to the Contract and in particular its validity, interpretation, performance, termination and related issues, the Parties grant exclusive jurisdiction to the Commercial Court of Paris and/or the Dispute Settlement and Sanctions Committee of the CRE (CoRDIS).
