All rent increases for all HOPWA Units shall also be subject to County approval.
Initial Rents and subsequent Rents for all HOPWA Units shall be approved by the County prior to occupancy and are subject to the HOPWA Regulations during the HOPWA Term.

During the HOPWA Term, Borrower shall cause five (5) one-bedroom Units to be rented to and occupied by, or, if vacant, available for occupancy by Extremely Low Income Households that are HOPWA-Eligible Households (such Units, the "HOPWA Units").
