Hospital Market definition

Hospital Market means (a) all customers in the Territory (as hereinafter defined) with a minimum of ten (10) in-patient beds; (b) all other customers in the Territory purchasing any Product (or eligible to purchase any Product) under purchasing contracts entered into by customers referenced in Section 1.12 (a); and (c) any group purchasing organization in which customers referenced in Section 1.12 (a) and (b) form a majority of the members.
Hospital Market means agencies, hospitals and reference laboratories that collect patient blood samples and perform Blood Grouping of patient blood samples and confirmatory Blood Grouping of donor blood samples. For clarity, for the purpose of this Agreement, it is not anticipated that Serological Disease Screening occur in the Hospital Market (other than in the Overlapping Market).
Hospital Market means those accounts that purchase anesthetic agents for human use.

Hospital Market means that portion of the market that consists of hospitals and freestanding facilities which offer medical services, which facilities are at least partially owned by or affiliated with hospitals and/ or hospital systems and which are operated under a trade name that includes the name of the owning or affiliated hospital or hospital system.
Hospital Market shall refer to the following LCMC Health affiliated hospitals: Children’s Hospital, Touro Infirmary, University Medical Center Management Corporation d/b/a University Medical Center New Orleans, West Jefferson Holdings, LLC d/b/a West Jefferson Medical Center, New Orleans East Hospital, and LCMC Health Holdings, Inc. d/b/a East Jefferson General Hospital, as well as any additional acute care hospitals which may later come under the control of LCMC Health and which LCMC Health elects to include in the Program.
