Cardholder Agreement definition
Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.
Cardholder Agreement means, in respect of a credit card account, the agreement or agreements between the Seller and the cardholder governing the use of such account, as any such agreement or agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed by the Seller from time to time.
Cardholder Agreement means the agreement made between the Cardholder and the Policyholder with respect to the President’s Choice Financial Mastercard, as the same may be amended from time to time.
