Hospitality Booking definition

Hospitality Booking means the booking for the provision of Match-day hospitality services by the Club to the Customer at the Stadium which may include, without limitation, ticket(s) to Match(es) together with catering and other hospitality services at the relevant Match(es), the details of which are as set out in the Booking Form.
Hospitality Booking means the hospitality booking made on the website for the Event published by SATC from time to time (available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx000.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxx.

Examples of Hospitality Booking in a sentence

  • Should the Customer not be able to attend the rescheduled Match, the Club shall endeavour to transfer the Hospitality Booking (in the case of Match-to-Match Bookings only) to an alternative Match (subject to availability), provided that the Customer may incur additional costs.

  • Where a Hospitality Booking is sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008) the statutory rights of the Customer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

  • The use of data provided by the Customer or any Guests in relation to this Contract, any Hospitality Booking and/or any Match(es) (including any personal information) shall be as set out in these Terms and Conditions and shall be governed by the Club’s Privacy Policy, details of which are available on the Website.

  • Subject as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, and except where a Hospitality Booking is sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the Club cannot guarantee the location of seats forming part of a Hospitality Booking.

  • If a Hospitality Booking is suspended or cancelled under this clause, the Customer shall not be entitled to a refund, reimbursement or credit and no refund, reimbursement or credit will be granted in relation to any persons who is/are refused access to the Stadium or are ejected from the Stadium under these Terms and Conditions or the Ground Regulations.

  • The Club shall be entitled to require that additional information and/or documentation be submitted to the Club at any time should the Club deem it necessary in order to verify the Customer’s and any Guest’s identification and/or other information with regards to the Hospitality Booking including to satisfy the Club that the requirements of the Club’s COVID-19 Code of Conduct have been met.

  • If the Customer wishes to change the details of the Hospitality Booking after the date that the Hospitality Booking is made, then the Customer must notify the Club of that wish in writing as soon as possible.

  • Any changes to a Hospitality Booking must be confirmed by the Club in writing.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Club in writing, any transfer or purported transfer of any Hospitality Booking (or any element thereof) by a Customer or a Guest in any manner set out in this clause 11.14(f) shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Related to Hospitality Booking

  • Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Child welfare services means social services including

  • Non-Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • financial service provider means a person engaged in the business of providing financial services in terms of authorisation issued or registration granted by a financial sector regulator;

  • Financial Services Business for purposes of this Unit Agreement shall mean the business of banking, including deposit, credit, trust and investment services, mortgage banking, asset management, and brokerage and investment banking services.

  • Health-related services means services that may have an effect on the health of individuals but are not health services or social care services;

  • Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Outpatient hospital services means preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, observation, rehabilitation, or palliative services provided to an outpatient by or under the direction of a physician, dentist, or other practitioner by an institution that:

  • Cannabis production establishment agent means a cannabis cultivation facility

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
