Hotel guest definition

Hotel guest means a person whose name and address is registered on the registry maintained by the hotel and who is the bona fide occupant of a room of the hotel. A person registering solely for the purpose of obtaining liquor is not considered a hotel guest. [PL 2005, c. 539, §2 (AMD).]

  • If a person’s name appear on both Royal Media’s list and guests occupied within the Hotel, guest room nights will be credited to Royal Media at the negotiated group rate.

Hotel guest. Data shall mean any guest profiles, contact information, histories, preferences and other guest information obtained in the ordinary course of business from guests of the Hotel during such guests’ stay at the Hotel or during such guests’ use of the facilities associated with the Hotel.
Hotel guest as used in this Agreement shall mean a person or persons residing at the Hotel in a room registered in his name or registered in the name of another person on his behalf.   • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
