House Corporation definition

House Corporation is defined as the entity or organization listed on the Ground Lease entered into with North Carolina State University for the property.
House Corporation shall include, if such an organization exists, the organization affiliated with the Chapter that holds title to and/or leases the Chapter its residence, including its annexes, if any, (otherwise collectively referred to herein as the “Chapter House”) and its directors, trustees, officers, agents and employees.
House Corporation means the Louisiana Alpha Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi Housing Corporation, Inc., a non-profit corporation registered in Louisiana, along with its officers, members, current and former board members, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives, including the House Director and House Mother.
