House Director. 1. The House Corporation will employ a house director to oversee facility operations. A copy of the house director job description is attached. The house director is an employee of the House Corporation, and all matters of her employment are at the discretion of the House Corporation. Chapter member concerns about the contract with the house director, specifying salary and duties, shall be signed no later than ______________ (date) each year by the house director and House Corporation president, unless the house director is employed by the academic institution.

House Director. A non-student house director shall reside in the Chapter House whenever the Chapter House is occupied by students. The house director shall be an employee of Lessor and shall be selected by Lessor after consultation with Lessee. The University shall withhold from the room and board funds it collects for Lessee pursuant to Article 13.03 herein an amount necessary to pay the salary and fringe benefit costs of the house director.
House Director. Landlord may contract an on-site, live-in House Director. The House Director shall reside on the Premises in the room or suite designated by Landlord for such purposes; provided, however, no Rent shall be due and payable to Landlord (or to Tenant) on account of the House Director’s occupancy in the Premises.
House Director. Tenant agrees to cause and reasonable cooperate with Manager (defined below) to employ, as Tenant’s employee and at Tenant’s cost and expense, an on-site, live-in House Director, which individual shall be hired and employed in accordance with the Manager’s Account Management Agreement, attached as Exhibit “E” and approved by Landlord. The House Director shall reside on the Premises in the room or suite designated by Landlord for such purposes; provided, however, no Rent shall be due and payable to Landlord (or to Tenant) on account of the House Director’s occupancy in the Premises.
