House Marks definition

House Marks shall have the meaning assigned in Section 7.6(c).
House Marks means the following Trademarks: (i) VERASUN; (ii) the VeraSun logo; and (iii) the slogan AMERICA’S SOURCE FOR RENEWABLE FUELS, as owned and used by the Sellers and their Affiliates.
House Marks means the Pfizer House Marks or the BioNTech House Marks, as the case may be.

  • POZEN reserves all rights in the POZEN House Marks not expressly granted to Licensee in this Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, POZEN hereby grants to Licensee a license to use the POZEN House Marks in connection with the Commercialization of POZEN Products in the Field of Use in the Territory.

  • Licensee acknowledges POZEN’s exclusive right, title and interest in and to the POZEN House Marks and acknowledges that nothing herein will be construed to accord to Licensee any rights in such trademarks except as expressly provided herein.

  • Licensee further acknowledges that its use of the POZEN House Marks will not create in Licensee any right, title or interest in such trademarks, and that all use of such trademarks and the goodwill generated thereby will inure solely to the benefit of POZEN.

  • As between the Parties, Licensee will own all right, title and interest in and to any Promotional Materials created by or on behalf of Licensee (or its Affiliates) relating to POZEN Product in the Territory, but excluding the POZEN House Marks.

  • Neither Party shall be obligated to use the other Party’s Product Trademark or House Marks except to the extent required by Applicable Law or regulatory requirement.

  • All goodwill arising from the use of such Ironwood House Marks will inure to the benefit of Ironwood.

  • Subject to Applicable Law, all Product promotional material in the Territory will include Ironwood’s trade name, trademark, and other logos reasonably requested by Ironwood (the “Ironwood House Marks”) in a manner that has equal prominence with Astellas’s marks, provide that the Ironwood House Marks and such use thereof do not infringe or otherwise violate any rights of any Third Party in the Territory.

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade ▇▇▇▇ applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.
