Houston Airport System definition

Houston Airport System or “HAS” means the City of Houston Department of Aviation. HAS properties include, but are not limited to Xxxxxx Xxxx Intercontinental Airport/Houston (IAH), Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx Airport (HOU), Xxxxxxxxx Airport (EFD), and the Houston Airport System Administration Buildings. “Include” and “including” and words or similar import shall be deemed to be followed by the wordswithout limitation.”
