HSSC Tracking Stock definition

HSSC Tracking Stock means the Xxxxxx Retail Preferred Tracking Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of HSSC, having the terms set forth in the HSSC Tracking Stock COD.
HSSC Tracking Stock means the Hughes Retail Preferred Tracking Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of HSSC, having the terms set forth in the HSSC Tracking Stock COD.

  • New Equity Interests means the limited liability company

  • Manifest tracking number means the alphanumeric identification number (i.e., a unique three letter suffix preceded by nine numerical digits), which is pre-printed in Item 4 of the Manifest by a registered source.

  • Working Stock means the volume of Crude Petroleum required by the Carrier, at initiating locations where the Carrier owns tankage, to float tank roofs to working levels and to maintain that level and for terminal piping.

  • NIM Securities As defined in the tenth Recital to this Agreement.

  • Securities Financing Transactions means collectively securities lending transactions, sale and repurchase transactions and reverse repurchase transactions.

  • sweat equity shares means equity shares issued by a company to its employees or directors at a discount or for consideration other than cash for providing know-how or making available rights in the nature of intellectual property rights or value additions, by whatever name called;

  • Qualified Equity Interests means any Equity Interests that are not Disqualified Equity Interests.

  • Subsidiary Equity Interests has the meaning specified in Section 5.6.

  • Specified Securities means ‘equity shares’ and ‘convertible securities’ as defined under clause (zj) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009;

  • securities settlement system means a securities settlement system (as defined in the CSD Regulation) operated by a central securities depository;
