Hualapai fee land. ’ means land, other than
Hualapai fee land means land, other than Hualapai Trust Land, that: (1) is located in Arizona outside the exterior boundaries of the Hualapai Reservation or Hualapai Trust Land; and (2) as of the Enforceability Date, is owned by the Hualapai Tribe, whether in its own name or through a related entity.
