Human Resources Services means the professional services, labor, materials, supplies, testing and other acts or duties required of CONSULTANT under the terms of this Agreement.

Human Resources Services which shall mean the human resources services previously provided by GENROCO to the Division and shall consist of employment services, personnel administrative (salaried and hourly) services, benefits and claims processing services, and medical reporting services.   • Seattle Human Resources Director means the director of the Seattle Department of Human Resources or his or her designated management representative.
