Huntsman Europe definition

Huntsman Europe means Tioxide Europe Ltd., a corporation organized under the laws of England and Wales and its successors and permitted assigns.

  • As soon as practicable following the establishment of the Venator Europe BVBA Belgium, Huntsman shall, or shall cause the appropriate Huntsman Entity to, cause the transfer of all Assets held for purposes of providing benefits pursuant to the Huntsman Europe BVBA Belgium (the “Venator Pension Assets”) for Venator Europe BVBA Belgium Participants to Venator (the “Defined Benefit Transfer Date”) in accordance with applicable Law.

  • Europe means the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
